PuchiPay strictly prohibits the creation, upload, sharing, promotion, solicitation, distribution, or facilitation of content or behavior involving the sexual abuse or exploitation of children.
This includes, but is not limited to, child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexual exploitation of minors, grooming, sextortion, trafficking of children for sexual purposes, solicitation of sexual content involving minors, and other conduct that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers a child.
Users may report accounts, posts, messages, voice-room activity, or other content that violates PuchiPay's safety standards through the reporting features available within the PuchiPay application.
Reports involving suspected child sexual abuse or exploitation are treated as high-priority safety matters.
When PuchiPay becomes aware of content or activity involving child sexual abuse or exploitation, we may remove the content, restrict or permanently disable accounts, preserve relevant information where legally required, and take other appropriate safety measures.
PuchiPay complies with applicable child-safety laws and regulations. Where required by applicable law, confirmed instances of child sexual abuse material or exploitation may be reported to appropriate regional, national, or international authorities or designated child-safety organizations.
PuchiPay may cooperate with lawful requests from law-enforcement agencies and child-safety authorities in accordance with applicable law and our privacy obligations.
